Re: Educational visit to Vauxhall City farm (London SE11 5HS)
The Nursery is planning a visit to the Vauxhall City Farm on the 2nd April for MORNING group and 4th April for AFTERNOON group. This is in relation to our core book ‘The Gingerbread Man’.
Please note on the 2nd April, ONLY MORNING group will come to school for the whole day (8:20 to 3:20). Children will leave school for Vauxhall Farm after having lunch at 12pm. Similarly, on the 4th April ONLY AFTERNOON group will come to school for the whole day from 8:20 to 3:20. Children will leave for Vauxhall Farm at 9 am prompt. Pack lunches will be provided by the school.
We will be travelling by public transport. We will take the 417 bus from Clarence Ave to Clapham Common and will change to bus 88 to the Farm.
Please ensure pupils are in school by 8.20am sharp in full school uniform with the appropriate shoes and coats for the weather. Children are
Children will be dismissed at the usual time of 3:20pm.
We are looking for some parent volunteers to attend the trip and support pupils on the outing, please let me or the office know if you can help out. If we don’t have enough adults to accompany us we may have to cancel the trip.
Please could you contribute £5.00 towards the total cost of the trip by making a payment via Parent pay by Friday 22nd March 2019.
