Dear Parents, 

RE: New school build and temporary relocation. 

Iqra School (Year 1-6) will be moving from its current premises to Kings Avenue School on the 4th of April 2022. This is to allow essential building works to take place on the current site. 

No decision has been made regarding where we will house Nursery and Reception, but we will let parents know as soon as this is finalised. 

We are absolutely delighted that King’s Avenue have welcomed us and are looking forward to this experience.

We will be operating in exactly the same manner as we have been and King’s Avenue will not be involved in any of the day to day running of Iqra Primary. Just as we currently operate, the children will have their own classrooms and designated areas, such as: a playground, hall, lunches, and lessons. Our children will not be mixing with any of the pupils or teachers from either school. Our school rules, ethos and religious character will remain exactly the same.
