Design and Technology is an inspiring and practical subject. Using physical skills pupils participate in making products that engage their interest, serve a purpose and can stimulate creativity and imagination.

Developing these skills, pupils design and make products that perform a function and solve problems that have a relevance to their lives. Pupils also develop practical skills in preparing food and making healthy meals.
